This site presents tips to help users of Macintosh® and other Apple® products get the most out of their purchases. The tips have been selected based upon my personal experience helping a large number of users of Macintosh and Apple products. I also provide links for further information with most tips. Registered users gain access to additional features; they can post comments, leave me a voice message (on the Contact page) and they see fewer ads! Registered users can also download a tool that will enable me to provide them with remote support (on the Coaching page).
