Help on Account Setup
You will need to create an account on the site, which will enable you to sign in. To do this, follow these steps:
1. Click on the "Create new account" link on the left side of the start page.
2. Enter a Username and e-mail address and type the characters you see into the "Word Verification" field (to show that you are a person and not a web-crawling spam-bot).
3. Click on the “Create new account” button.
4. You will now see green text at the top of the page informing you that your request is in process. Once your request has been accepted, you will receive an email containing a link back to the site where you can create a password and start using the site.
5. Now explore the site, especially the forums and check out the past queries and responses.
